- 50ml Bombay Sapphire English Estate Gin
- 200ml Fentimans Pink Rhubarb Tonic Water
- Lemon slice and mint sprig to garnish
Method

- 125ml Fentimans Mandarin & Seville Orange Jigger
- 25ml Pimms
- 25ml Gin
- Mint, strawberry, orange slice and cucumber to garnish
Method
Build a highball glass with ice halfway, add Pimms and gin, and pack with fruit. Top with Mandarin & Seville Orange Jigger and garnish with fresh mint and orange slices.
Bank Holiday Mocktails
1. Rose & Apricot Spritz
Light, floral and effortlessly pretty, this pink-hued spritz is a crowd-pleaser. Here's how you can create our Rose & Apricot Spritz.

Ingredients
- 275mls Fentimans Rose Lemonade
- 25ml Monin Apricot Syrup
- Garnish with dried apricot or a slice of lime
Method
Build in a balloon glass over ice. Add the apricot syrup, top with Rose Lemonade and garnish.
2. Elderflower & Cucumber Cooler
Crisp, clean and delicately floral — our Elferflower & Cucumber Cooler is the ultimate warm-weather mocktail.
Ingredients
- 275ml Fentimans Gently Sparkling Elderflower
- 25ml Cucumber Syrup
- Cucumber ribbon to garnish
- Optional: To make an alcoholic version, just add 50ml gin.
Method
