The Raspberry Espresso Cocktail

Rich, vibrant, and just the right amount of tart, the Raspberry Espresso Cocktail is a long drink that’s sure to please both coffee and vodka lovers. If you’re after something with a creative twist that still tastes incredible, this one’s a must-try.

  • 3.5 fl oz Fentimans Tonic Water
  • 1 fl oz Espresso
  • 1 fl oz Vodka
  • 0.75 fl oz Raspberry syrup (such as Monin)
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries

ANLEITUNG

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour the raspberry syrup into the bottom of the glass to create the base layer.
  3. In a shaker or small pitcher, combine the vodka and cooled espresso, then stir gently.
  4. Slowly pour the espresso-vodka mix over the back of a spoon so it floats above the syrup.
  5. Top with Fentimans Tonic Water, pouring slowly to preserve the layers.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
